Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Property Manager role based in Indore. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, including coordinating maintenance,



ensuring cleanliness and safety standards, and managing vendor relationships. The role involves handling tenant communications, addressing service requests, managing lease administration, and supporting timely rent collection and occupancy management. The Property Manager will monitor property budgets, assist with reporting and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards. Collaboration with internal teams to support community engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of resident and tenant experiences will be a key part of the role.
