Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Berger Paints’ products by managing relationships with dealers,



distributors, contractors, and key customers in the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting market channels, presenting product solutions, negotiating pricing within company guidelines, and ensuring timely order booking and collections. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to increase market share and penetration for decorative and protective coatings. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams on promotions, participate in local marketing activities, and provide feedback to improve customer experience and product positioning.
