Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior E-commerce Specialist to drive and manage our online business

across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and quick commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have strong

hands-on experience in scaling e-commerce operations, driving revenue growth, managing platform

relationships, and executing data-driven digital commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Ownership (Across all e-commerce & quick commerce platforms)End-to-end management of product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, and assortment.Ensure seamless onboarding of current products and categories. Own and optimize the entire market place P&L.;
- Growth & PerformanceManagement Drive revenue, and profitability targets across all platforms. Buildmonthly/quarterlysalesforecastsandtrackperformanceagainstKPIs. Identify growth levers-pricing, selection, deals, keywords, ads and merchandising.
- Advertising &Visibility; Manage Amazon Ads (PPC)and Flipkart Ads end-to-end.Optimize ACOS/ROAS, key word strategy,



and campaign structure. Plan brand visibility through events, promotions, and market place marketing programs.
- Inventory & Operations Management Coordinate with warehouse/supply chain teams to maintain healthy stock levels Avoid OOS/over stock situations through demand planning. Manage order flow, returns, and operational SLA s.
- Content & Listings Optimization Ensurehigh-quality product titles, bullets, images, A content, and brands tore. Regularly update listings to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Account Management & Compliance Liaise with Amazon/Flipkart category teams for growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with market place policies, documentation, and brand protection. Handle escalations-customer issues, product suppression, account health matters.
