Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Unit Operations: Supervise day-to-day running of all cafe locations, conducting regular audits to ensure seamless front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Financial & P&L; Management: Monitor P&L; statements, manage labor cost percentages, control food/beverage costs, and implement strategies to boost revenue per head.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee central procurement, supplier contracts, inventory control, and minimize material wastage across outlets.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Café Managers and head baristas; oversee multi-location staffing structures, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):



Implement and audit compliance standards for food safety, hygiene, customer service, and store presentation
- Marketing & Growth Support: Collaborate with upper management on new store openings, promotional rollouts, and menu execution.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in multi-outlet F&B;, bakery, or café operations management.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
