Role Description
The Software Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving adoption of FastestCRM™ among prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable CRM solutions. The role involves managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.



The Software Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gather customer feedback, and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Solid Software Sales and Sales skills, with experience in selling SaaS or CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of Software and cloud-based applications, with the ability to explain technical features in simple business terms.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and CRM hygiene.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools or CRM platforms is an advantage.
