Manager - Sales
01. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
¢ End-to-End Sales: Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through qualied leads assigned in the
CRM.
¢ Site Visits: Generate and conduct prospective site visits for interested clients to relevant property projects.
¢ Deal Closures: Manage negotiations with buyers, addressing queries, and ensuring successful deal closures.
¢ Performance Target: Achieve a target of conducting 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
02. SKILLS REQUIRED
¢ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Procient in both Hindi & English (prociency in
local language is an advantage).
¢ Technical Prociency:



Familiarity with MS Oce tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
¢ Sales Competencies: Strong customer relationship management, sales strategy, and negotiation skills.
¢ Personal Attributes: High energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and condence.
03. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
¢ Education: Graduation from any discipline is preferred.
¢ Experience: 1 year of sales experience in any industry is preferred.
¢ Status: Applicant must be currently employed or serving a notice period.
04. COMPENSATION, PERKS & PERKS
Fixed CTC: 3.00 Lakhs 4.50 Lakhs per annum
¢ Uncapped Incentives: Based on sales performance (~INR 35K+ per month on achieving bare minimum targets &
1L+ for consistent performers).
¢ Quarterly Appraisals: Earn a 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
(Average 1 deal/month).
¢ Work-Life Balance: 5-Day work week.
¢ ESOPs: Earn ESOPs on every deal closed.
