Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Manager who will work as an Individual Contributor (IC), responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their shipping requirements, presenting iThink Logistics' solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing high-value enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate should have solid consultative selling skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, courier aggregation, SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals,



and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and acquire high-value B2B clients across e-commerce, D2C brands, marketplaces, retail, and SME segments.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to understand business challenges and logistics requirements.
- Present customized logistics solutions and demonstrate the value proposition of iThink Logistics.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
