We're looking for a Google Ads Performance Marketing Expert who has hands-on experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns for both D2C brands and lead generation businesses. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, performance-driven, and capable of scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
- Search Campaigns
- Performance Max (PMax)
- Shopping Campaigns
- Demand Gen Campaigns
- Display Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- Manage Google Ads accounts for both D2C eCommerce brands and lead generation clients.




- Scale profitable campaigns while achieving target CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
- Build and optimize Shopping feeds using Google Merchant Center.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience expansion, and new campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with Google's latest features, AI-powered campaign types, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience working with D2C eCommerce brands and lead generation businesses.
