→ Shopify: Build ₹5 Cr direct D2C revenue stream. Own customer data. Own pricing.

→ Eclipse Rx™: Launch category-creating "treatment + protect" sunscreen. ₹3–4 Cr contribution.

Year 2: Scale to ₹80 Cr

→ International: UAE/Middle East validation

→ Premium expansion: Recent SKU launches (body, serums, treatments)

→ Retention levers: Subscriptions, gift sets, influencer collaborations (5%+ repeat revenue)
