- Plan, implement, and monitor NGO projects at the District, Block, and Gram Panchayat levels.
- Coordinate with field teams, community representatives, partner organizations, and local stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with communities and project partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality implementation.
- Supervise and guide field coordinators and project staff.
- Organize awareness programs, community meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Ensure project activities are completed within timelines and organizational standards.
- Identify challenges in project implementation and develop practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support community outreach, partnerships, and project expansion initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹2,135,681.96 per month
