About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our agile team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, leading change initiatives across large-scale transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and maximize adoption of new processes, systems,



and organizational structures. You will act as the change lead within client engagements, assessing impacts, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with executive sponsors, project teams, and frontline employees to ensure change initiatives are effectively embedded and sustained.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large transformation programs.
