About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our education business. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the Education/EdTech sector, robust leadership skills, and expertise in B2B and institutional marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive admissions and brand awareness.
- Lead and manage the field marketing team, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Plan and execute BTL and ATL marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, and promotional events.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on data and ROI.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Admissions,



and Academic teams to support business growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team to ensure high performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Head/Marketing Manager in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing/B2C marketing and institutional tie-ups.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a marketing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development activities.
