About IKSANA

IKSANA is a coworking and managed office operator building high-quality workspace infrastructure for Emerging India.
We are launching our first centre in Visakhapatnam at the World Trade Centre, Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone.
The centre will offer premium private offices, managed suites, flexible coworking, meeting spaces, and hospitality-led workplace services, and will serve companies operating within the AMTZ ecosystem, startups, GCCs, enterprise teams, med-tech businesses, and regional corporates looking to establish or expand their presence in Visakhapatnam.

About the role

We are looking for someone dependable, driven, and comfortable taking complete ownership of a location. You will be the primary point of contact for IKSANA in the city. You will be responsible for ensuring that the centre operates reliably,



clients receive a consistent standard of service, sales opportunities are followed through, and the centre steadily moves towards its occupancy and revenue targets.

This is not a desk-based community role. On some days, you may be conducting a centre tour for a prospect. On others, you may be coordinating with a vendor, resolving a facility issue, reviewing housekeeping standards, following up on a proposal, or helping a client operationalise their office. You will be expected to understand what needs attention, bring the right people together, and ensure that the matter is taken to closure.
