Job Title: Project Management Coordinator – Customer Handling (Retired / Ex-Serviceman Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, mature, and customer-focused professional to support our Project Management team. This role is ideal for retired professionals or ex-servicemen who have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The candidate will primarily be responsible for customer interaction, project coordination, follow-up, and ensuring smooth execution of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare status reports.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and project activities.




- Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory.
- Age: 35 years or above.
- Retired professionals or ex-servicemen are strongly preferred.
- Experience in customer handling, project coordination, administration, or operations is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a qualified approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ex-servicemen with administrative or coordination experience.
- Retired professionals from corporate, government, defense, banking, manufacturing, or service industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
