About the role

Metro University is building its brand from the ground up — and we're looking for a Manager – Branding who has done this before in higher education. This is not a support role. You will own how the university looks, sounds and is perceived across every touchpoint: ATL and BTL campaigns, campus events, internal culture and communication, admissions marketing, digital presence, and the parent-student narrative that decides admissions season.

You will work closely with leadership, admissions, academics and the digital team, and manage external creative, media and event partners.

What you'll own

Brand strategy & identity
- Define and evolve the university's brand positioning, messaging architecture and tone of voice
- Build and enforce brand guidelines across academic departments, schools and campuses
- Ensure consistency across print, digital, OOH, campus signage, merchandise and event branding

ATL campaigns
- Plan and execute mass-media campaigns across print, radio, television, cinema and outdoor




- Own media planning and buying in coordination with agencies — market selection, GRP/reach planning, hoarding and transit media, newspaper supplements and education features
- Manage seasonal admission bursts across primary and feeder markets
- Track ATL effectiveness through recall, enquiry lift and source-of-walk-in data

BTL & on-ground activation
- Drive school connect programmes, principal meets, counsellor meets, career fairs and education expos
- Execute canopy activations, RWA and community outreach, tuition-centre tie-ups and coaching-hub visibility
- Manage roadshows and outstation activations in target catchment states and districts
- Own all BTL collateral — standees, danglers, kits, branded merchandise, vehicle branding and campus wayfinding
- Measure activation ROI: footfall, leads captured, cost per lead, conversion to application
