With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, we serve industries including automotive, logistics, warehousing, FMCG, engineering, and packaging.

We are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and are looking for a Production & Quality Engineer who can improve productivity, ensure consistent quality, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production and ensure timely order completion.

Monitor fabrication, welding, assembly, and quality inspections.

Reduce rework, rejection, and production downtime.

Implement SOPs, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with stores, procurement, and dispatch teams.

Maintain production and quality records.

Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing

Ability to read engineering drawings.

Knowledge of fabrication, welding, quality inspection, and Lean Manufacturing.

Robust leadership and communication abilities.
