About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to join our engineering team in Ernakulam, Kerala. The successful candidate will work remotely with our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office, preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and tender submissions for portable cabins, modular buildings, prefabricated structures, and site development projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of modular construction, steel structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination to ensure competitive and accurate project pricing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for portable cabins, modular buildings, prefab structures, and steel buildings.
- Study tender documents, specifications, drawings,



and client requirements.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Estimate costs for:

o Structural steel works

o Sandwich panels

o LGS (Light Gauge Steel) structures

o Gypsum and cement board works

o Doors and windows

o Flooring, ceilings, and finishing works

o Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Fighting works

o Site development and external works
- Coordinate with procurement for supplier quotations and material pricing.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Update and maintain estimation databases and standard costing sheets.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project management teams.
- Assist in value engineering and alternative material selection.
- Support project handover by providing estimation details to execution teams.
