2. Job Responsibilities & Requirements

*Responsibilities:*
- Understand customer needs and pain points using qualitative and quantitative data, translating them into an iterative product strategy
- Own product initiatives end-to-end — from customer research through definition, implementation, launch, and iteration
- Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing) to bring initiatives to market
- Manage technical partnerships with integration partners to grow the product's integration ecosystem

*Requirements:*
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Prior experience owning the full product management lifecycle
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives (Engineering, QA, Design)




- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders around core customer problems
- Direct customer-facing experience — able to independently discuss product challenges via calls/email
- Customer empathy and ability to translate problems into product strategy
- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Desk
- Strong prioritization skills; proven record of using data to drive new product initiatives

*Nice to have:*
- Experience in a SaaS product-led growth environment
- Experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data viz tools (Mode, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with Hotjar
