Role Description
The Business Development Trainee role is a full time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The trainee will support business growth by identifying prospective students and partners, assisting in lead generation activities, and following up through calls, meetings, and events. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, documenting inquiries, maintaining lead databases,



and coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams to convert leads into enrollments. The role also involves engaging with parents and students to explain program offerings, providing courteous customer service, and participating in promotional initiatives such as seminars, school visits, or campaigns.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret basic data and trends.
