Positions: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Location: Noida, Sector-90

Package: 40K to 60K CTC

Working Days: 6 Days (10am to 7pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to fill open positions across various departments, ensuring a strong alignment with business needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events




- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their capabilities in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting relevant talent. Also including training, mentoring, and overseeing their daily activities and performance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Foster relationships with candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
