Role Description

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, business development, and sales of packaging machinery. The incumbent will identify market opportunities, develop vendor partnerships, manage customer relationships, and drive machine sales while ensuring commercial viability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management

● Identify and onboard domestic and international manufacturers/suppliers of packaging machinery.

● Develop and maintain solid relationships with machine manufacturers, OEMs,



and channel partners.

● Evaluate technical specifications, pricing, quality standards, and delivery commitments of suppliers.

● Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements.

● Coordinate with suppliers for machine customization, installation support, and after-sales service requirements.

Sales & Business Development

● Generate business opportunities for packaging machinery across industries such as FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, perfumery, and allied sectors.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.

● Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

● Conduct client meetings, machine demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

● Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for the machines division.

● Build long-term relationships with key customers and identify repeat business opportunitie
