We're hiring a Marketing Manager (4–5 years, ideally from F&B;, QSR, cloud kitchen, café, or a consumer food brand) — someone who can hold strategy and hustle in the same hand. Who can build a brand people love

a funnel that fills tables. Who sees a food brand not as a logo, but as a feeling.

You'll work directly with the founder and our leadership team, with real ownership and the freedom to shape what Flax becomes.
