Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of overall experience, including strong DevOps engineering and team-lead experience.
- Hands-on experience leading DevOps activities for a Java development team.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions.
- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, preferably AKS.
- Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Shell.
- Working knowledge of Java applications, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Understanding of Maven or Gradle build and dependency-management processes.
- Experience designing and managing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting,



production-support, and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management, technical leadership, and team coordination.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Kubernetes package and configuration management using Helm.
- Azure services such as Azure Container Registry, Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
- Experience with SonarQube and artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and security scanning.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Knowledge of Kafka and other messaging systems.
