Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic
Content Strategist

to plan, develop, and execute content strategies across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content marketing, with the ability to create content that drives engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and social media managers to execute content plans.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns, reels, carousels, blogs,



and other digital content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, or Social Media.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube content.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Ability to analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation
