Role Description
The Design Engineer will work full time on-site at the Banglore facility,



contributing to the design and development of roll-formed components and related tooling for multiple industrial applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models and drawings, collaborating with mechanical and production teams to refine designs, and ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new and existing products. The role involves performing design calculations, supporting prototype development, reviewing test results, and making necessary modifications to improve performance, safety, and durability. The Design Engineer will also participate in cross-functional project meetings, assist in documentation for quality and compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives in line with MIF’s Industry 4.0 and sustainability goals.
