Responsibilities:
- Call leads and follow up with prospective students
- Explain services clearly and confidently
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions
- Maintain proper follow-up records
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:
- Positive Hindi & English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Prior telecalling or counseling experience preferred
- Confident and persuasive personality
