The Role

We are seeking a Brand Growth Lead to establish SARAS as the definitive global brand in AI education. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for a hands-on operator — someone who builds brand equity through direct execution and converts it into measurable demand for our enterprise and institutional sales pipeline.The role reports to the founding team and carries a global mandate across markets including the US, India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle E
ast.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own SARAS's global brand positioning, narrative, and voice across all markets and audiences.




- Personally create and publish high-impact content — thought leadership, campaigns, institutional narratives, and executive communications — leveraging contemporary AI tooling to operate at exceptional speed and scale.
- Design and execute demand-generation programs that deliver qualified enterprise and institutional opportunities directly into the sales pipeline; success is measured in pipeline contribution, not vanity metrics.
- Partner closely with the founders and sales leadership on active global deals, producing the messaging, collateral, and market presence that advance and close partnerships.
- Build SARAS's presence across LinkedIn, web, PR, industry events, and analyst channels — executing directly rather than through layers of delegation.
- Establish measurement across all brand and demand activity; iterate rapidly based on what the data shows.
