Job Title: Admission Counsellor (International)

Location: Greater Noida (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Contract (4 Months)
Experience: Minimum 6 months–2 years in Sales, Admission Counselling, or Education Counselling

About the Role

AM2PM SUPPORT PVT. LTD. is hiring passionate and result-oriented International Admission Counsellors to guide prospective international students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, converting inquiries into admissions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The primary target markets include African countries, the Middle East, and South Asian countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective international students regarding academic programs and admission requirements.
- Engage with student leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions by understanding students' educational goals.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility,



application procedures, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar counselling role.
- Prior experience in sales or counselling is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
