SAM Turbo Industry Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our M-Sand and Aggregates segment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development for M-Sand plants and aggregate processing solutions.

Build and maintain robust relationships with quarry owners, plant operators, EPC contractors, and dealers.

Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Conduct field visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Coordinate with engineering and service teams to deliver effective customer solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years of field sales experience in the M-Sand, Aggregates, Mining, or Crushing industry.





Strong field exposure to sand and aggregate processing equipment.

Hands-on experience selling or supporting equipment such as:

Sand Washers

Pro Wash Systems

Slurry Pumps

Industrial Pumps

Valves

Material Handling & Aggregate Processing Equipment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
