BASIC PURPOSE

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the development, administration, customization, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with IT and business stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities, automate processes, maintain existing modules, and ensure reliable platform performance. The position focuses on application development, operational support, integrations, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to support business and operational requirements.

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.

• Support adoption and implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities and platform innovations.

• Perform day-to-day platform administration, including user management, configuration, and data maintenance.

• Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and recent releases,



ensuring successful deployment with minimal disruption.

• Monitor platform health and performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.

• Maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.

• Ensure platform configurations align with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards.

• Implement and maintain security roles, access controls, and data protection measures.

• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and automation solutions.

• Develop and support integrations with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Assist end users by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and issue resolution.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
