Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Gen Leaders. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining brand visuals, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and producing original designs that align with Gen Leaders’ brand guidelines and project goals.



The role involves conceptualizing and designing logos, typography treatments, and branded templates, as well as preparing files for production and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will also participate in creative brainstorming, provide design support for campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce explicit, engaging visual content.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and stylistic consistency.
- Competence in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and effective visual communication.
