Role Description
The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. This contract role involves researching target markets, engaging decision-makers via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Vynetic Labs’ digital and AI solutions to potential customers. The position is hybrid,



based in Noida with flexibility for partial work from home, and requires regular collaboration with internal product and delivery teams to shape proposals, negotiate terms, and support deal closure. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, managing client accounts post-onboarding to encourage upselling and renewals, and preparing reports and forecasts to inform business strategy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship development to maintain long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
