- Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement payroll solutions, and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Managed integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and third-party systems, ensuring accurate employee and payroll data flow.
- Performed payroll testing, defect resolution, audits, and production support while driving process improvements and maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance.
