We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for preparing valuation reports with fast typing ,strong proficiency in understanding plans, land use maps, and related documents. Knowledge in valuation practices, data analysis is an added advantage.Freshers can apply

What You'll Do:

-> Collect details given by the site engineer and document it
-> Coordinate with Clients (Banks/NBFCs)
-> Deliver Timely report with adhrence to TAT
-> Submit accurate valuation report

What Were Looking For:
-> Robust Typing and communication skills

-> Knowledge in analysing Building plans and land use maps

-> Effective communication and client coordination

-> Comfort with digital tools and applications (training provided)

-> Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory
