Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Land & Legal Advisor with 5–8 years of relevant experience in land laws, land acquisition, property laws, real estate matters, and legal drafting. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advisory services related to land and property transactions, land acquisition, title verification, documentation, registrations, and land-related disputes.

The role requires robust knowledge of applicable land and property laws, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities, external legal counsels, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Land & Property Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice on land, property, real estate, and land-related matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of land and properties.




- Review and validate land ownership documents, title deeds, encumbrance certificates, revenue records, and other relevant documents.
- Identify legal risks associated with land and property transactions and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Advise management on land-related legal issues and regulatory requirements.

2. Land Acquisition & Documentation
- Handle legal aspects of land acquisition, purchase, lease, transfer, and development.
- Coordinate with internal teams, landowners, consultants, and government authorities for land acquisition activities.
- Review and draft agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, powers of attorney, and other land-related documents.
- Support land registration and mutation processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permissions, approvals, NOCs, and statutory clearances related to land and property.
