About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative
Creative Director
with a proven track record of developing standout advertisements for social media.

This is a project-based role for someone who can transform brand objectives into powerful creative ideas, compelling scripts, memorable campaigns, and high-performing social media ads.

The ideal candidate understands how to combine storytelling, consumer psychology, platform trends, and performance insights to create advertisements that capture attention and drive action.

What you will do?
- Lead the creative direction for social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop original campaign concepts, creative territories, ad angles, and messaging frameworks.
- Write and supervise the development of engaging ad scripts, hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
- Create transparent creative briefs for copywriters, designers, video editors, content creators, and production teams.
- Guide the visual style, tone, storytelling,



and overall execution of each campaign.
- Develop ads for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure every creative idea aligns with the brand’s identity, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Review scripts, designs, videos, and final creative assets before publication.
- Analyse audience behaviour, market trends, competitor campaigns, and successful ad formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to improve creatives based on campaign results.

Skills Required :
- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Creative Strategist, Senior Copywriter, or similar creative role.
