Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AV Sales Manager to drive sales of Audio-Visual (AV) solutions and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach potential clients for AV products and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AV solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for solution design and execution.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare BOQ, commercial proposals, and pricing in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up on leads, quotations,



and ongoing business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in AV Sales / B2B Sales / System Integration Sales.
- Good knowledge of AV products and solutions such as:
- Displays, LED Walls, Projectors
- Video Conferencing Solutions
- Audio Systems and Microphones
- Digital Signage
- Control Systems and Automation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good client relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
