Role Description
The Placement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The Placement Officer will build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, identify suitable job opportunities, and coordinate placement activities for learners across various programs.



Daily responsibilities include engaging with recruiters, sharing candidate profiles, organizing placement drives, and tracking placement outcomes. The role also involves supporting learners with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling to enhance employability. The Placement Officer will collaborate closely with trainers and program managers to align placement strategies with learner skill sets and industry needs.
