We are hiring Inbound Telecom Representatives who can turn everyday customer service calls into high-earning sales opportunities. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from existing customers experiencing service or billing issues (e.g., internet downtime). Your goal is to resolve their problem and strategically cross-sell or upgrade them to our newer, faster, and more reliable telecom packages.We welcome energetic freshers with great convincing skills, as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in voice processes or customer care.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Problem Resolution: Answer incoming calls from existing customers facing service issues (like slow internet or downtime) and assist them calmly.
- Smart Cross-Selling: Pivot the conversation naturally from a technical complaint to a sales pitch, offering upgraded fiber connections, better data plans, or backup lines. [1]
- Value Pitching: Explain how upgrading to our newer telecom infrastructure resolves their recurring issues and provides a better long-term experience.
- Rebuttal Handling:



Overcome customer frustration and price objections with empathy, patience, and solid negotiation tactics.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily resolution benchmarks while hitting monthly targets for cross-sold upgrades and retention.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience Level: Open to freshers or candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in inbound tech support, customer service, or tele-sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional empathy, active listening, and the ability to control a call smoothly from service to sales.
- Convincing Ability: Strong persuasive skills to pitch a paid upgrade or a new service to an existing customer.
- Problem Solving: Ability to understand basic technical complaints (like connectivity issues) and match them with the right upgrade solution.
- Education: High school graduate, diploma holder, or university graduate.
