Position: Training & QA Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Training & QA Manager to lead employee capability development while ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products, services, and operational processes. This role is responsible for designing effective training programs, driving quality assurance initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for employees.




- Assess training needs and create learning solutions that enhance technical knowledge, product expertise, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements where needed.

Quality Assurance
- Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across teams.
- Conduct regular process audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational policies.
- Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery.

Process Improvement
- Analyse operational data, quality metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
