Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Regal Rexnord India Pvt Ltd in Faridabad. The role involves supporting daily operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and contributing to projects aligned with the company’s motion control and power transmission solutions. Responsibilities may include coordinating with manufacturing and engineering teams, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and assisting in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and proactive support of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Solid technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in motion control, power transmission, or related industrial domains.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and quality.
