We are hiring on behalf of a leading Tier-1 real estate developer in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious real estate sales professionals in India who are looking to build an international career in Dubai's thriving luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and HNIs across India and international markets.
- Promote and sell premium residential, commercial, and off-plan real estate projects.




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Guide clients on Dubai real estate market trends, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and UAE investment advantages.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and successful closures.
- Develop business through referrals, channel partners, wealth managers, and property consultants.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in residential, commercial, luxury, or off-plan property sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Must currently be based in India.
- Valid passport
