.

The
Head – Franchising & Leasing (Pan India) – Business Development
will be responsible for driving WOLOO's franchise expansion and commercial leasing strategy across India. The ideal candidate will independently generate business opportunities, build and maintain a strong database of franchise prospects, investors, brokers, landlords,



and business partners, and manage the complete franchise acquisition lifecycle.

The role requires a highly proactive business development qualified who can identify new markets, negotiate commercial agreements, secure franchise partnerships, and contribute directly to the company's national growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute WOLOO's Pan India franchise expansion strategy.
- Identify, approach, evaluate, and onboard qualified franchise partners across India.
- Build and maintain your own database of franchise prospects, investors, landlords, brokers, and business associates through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
- Generate your own business leads and manage an independent sales pipeline. Company-generated leads will be limited.
