Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager & Meta Ads Expert to manage social media presence and run high-performing ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong content sense along with performance marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, and posting calendars
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate leads, conversions, and ROI-driven campaigns
- Perform audience research, targeting & retargeting
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and algorithm changes

Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Social Media Marketing & Meta Ads




- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
- Creative mindset with good copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Video editing tools
- Understanding of funnels, lead generation & conversion tracking

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads
- Knowledge of landing pages & CRM tools
