Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Position: Business Development Executive – PVC Pipes & Water Tanks
Department : Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: MD

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by generating primary sales and strengthening secondary sales through distributors and dealers. The role includes introducing new products to existing and potential clients, expanding market coverage, and reactivating non-working or dormant customers. The executive also works as a sales promoter by building robust relationships with channel partners, increasing product visibility, and ensuring consistent market presence to achieve overall sales targets.

1. Sales Growth & Target Achievement
- Generate primary sales by onboarding new distributors, dealers, and key clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Drive secondary sales through distributor networks by appointing sub-dealers and retailers.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual new business development targets.




- Contribute to overall company revenue targets and improve market share in assigned regions.
- Increase penetration of existing products within the territory.

2. Network Development & Channel Expansion
- Identify and appoint super stockists, distributors, and dealers in new and existing markets.
- Expand retailer coverage to ensure deeper market reach.
- Design and implement an effective distributor margin structure to ensure channel motivation and profitability.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners through continuous engagement and support.

3. Market Expansion & Territory Planning
- Plan and execute state-wise or zone-wise territory expansion strategies.
- Identify untapped markets and new business opportunities.
- Ensure structured coverage of urban and rural markets.
- Develop growth plans for underperforming territories.
