Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking a Manager Software Engineering - D365 F&O; with robust hands‑on technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) and proven people‑management capabilities. This role combines deep technical leadership with team management responsibility to deliver enterprise‑grade ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end D365 F&O; implementations, define scalable and secure technical architectures,



drive integrations across enterprise platforms, and manage high‑performing engineering teams. The role requires active contribution to solution design and development while coaching engineers, enforcing technical governance, and driving delivery excellence.

What You Will Do
This role will lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations. Responsibilities span multiple modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations and Commerce. The Solution Architect will be accountable for designing, building, and implementing complex solutions that integrate seamlessly across these Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and business value.
