Hiring: Accountant / Accounts Executive (Retail Business)

? Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our growing multi-store retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily sales accounting and reconciliation across all retail stores
- Customer buyback payment processing and accounting entries
- Vendor payment processing and procurement accounting
- Stock and inventory reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation and payment tracking
- Salary processing and employee reimbursement accounting
- GST, TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Preparation of MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and transaction reports
- Monthly book closing, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation




- Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams whenever required

Requirements:
- B.Com or Finance Graduate
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy ERP, or similar accounting software
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, banking transactions, and MS Excel
- Experience handling high-volume daily transactions will be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
