Role Description

This is a hybrid internship opportunity based in Mumbai, with Part-time and Full-time internship options available.

As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience. You will assist with front desk operations, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up communication while responding to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
