Senior Executive Sales & Growth

WellnessFast is a technology-enabled health and wellness company helping people achieve sustainable weight loss and improve metabolic health. Our programs combine personalised nutrition, intermittent fasting, fitness, stress management, health coaching and medical guidance through the WellnessFast app.

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on sales professional who can personally convert prospective customers while helping us develop a scalable sales process.

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Sales & Growth will own the complete customer-conversion journey—from initial enquiry and consultation to payment and onboarding.

This is primarily an individual sales role, not a supervisory position. The successful candidate must be comfortable personally speaking with prospects, understanding their health goals, explaining the WellnessFast program, handling objections and closing sales.

As the business and sales team grow,



the candidate will have an opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager or Sales Manager role based on consistent performance and demonstrated leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and revenue
- Contact inbound leads through telephone, WhatsApp and video consultations.
- Understand prospects’ health concerns, goals and readiness to join the program.
- Clearly explain WellnessFast’s programs, methodology, pricing and perks.
- Conduct structured follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly individual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead stages, follow-up dates and outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with old, inactive and undecided leads to improve conversion.
- Encourage customer referrals and identify opportunities for renewals or upgrades.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover after payment.

Sales-process development
- Develop and continuously improve sales scripts, pitch decks, FAQs and objection-handling frameworks.
