We are looking for an Assistant Manager-HR to join the Kottayam Grand. In this role, you will be in charge of hiring the right people and helping our team learn and grow.

You will handle everything from finding new candidates and bringing them on board to planning training programs for our staff across different departments.

What You Will Do

1. Hiring & Recruitment
- Handle the full hiring process from finding candidates to their first day at work.
- Work with department heads to understand who they need to hire.
- Post job openings online and check internal applications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist the best candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Build good relationships with colleges, job agencies, and job sites.
- Keep standard recruitment records up to date.

2. Onboarding & Welcome
- Give new employees a warm welcome and a smooth start.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company rules, policies, and culture.
- Collect and verify all required joining paperwork.

3. Training & Learning




- Find out what skills employees need to improve through surveys and team feedback.
- Plan and run training sessions for new joins and existing team members.
- Partner with external trainers and organize internal workshops.
- Track how effective the training sessions are and keep detailed training logs.

4. Reports & Policy Compliance
- Keep organized records of all hiring and training activities.
- Send regular status updates and hiring reports to management.
- Follow all company policies and basic labor laws.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: Degree or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in HR recruitment and training (experience in multi-branch companies is a plus).
- Key Skills:

Valuable knowledge of basic computer tools (MS Office) and standard HR software.

Clear communication and great people skills.
